Lavender Honey Whipped Ricotta Dip
Ingredients
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 tbsp lavender infused honey
Zest of ½ lemon
Pinch of sea salt
Fresh herbs (optional), for garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk or whip ricotta with lemon zest, honey, and salt until light and fluffy.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Drizzle extra honey on top and garnish with fresh herbs.
Serve with crackers, crostini, or fresh veggies.
Ginger Turmeric Honey Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp ginger turmeric infused honey
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt & pepper, to taste
Lime wedges and chopped cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk honey, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Toss shrimp in marinade. Chill for 15–30 minutes.
Thread onto skewers.
Grill or broil 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked.
Serve with lime wedges and cilantro.
Rosemary Thyme Honey Roasted Nuts
Ingredients
2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans)
2 tbsp rosemary thyme infused honey
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a bowl, toss nuts with honey, olive oil, salt, and paprika.
Spread on a lined baking sheet.
Roast 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden.
Cool before serving.
